Rwamiriza Thomas was born on September 17, 1943, in Rwanda, where his early life was rooted in family, culture, and community. In 1959, during a time of unrest, he was forced to flee his homeland and seek refuge in Tanzania. Though far from home, he carried Rwanda in his heart—holding onto hope, resilience, and the values that defined him.
